Sentences Lesson 001

Skills - Identifying Sentences, Sentence Fragments
A sentence is a group of words that expresses a complete thought.
Example - John has a dog.
A group of words that does not express a complete thought is not a sentence.
Example - The boy made
To be a sentence you would have to tell what the boy made.
Directions: Put an S before each group of words that is a sentence. Put an N before each group of words that is not a sentence. The end mark will not be put after the sentences.
