A sentence is a
group of words that expresses a complete thought.
Example - John has a dog. |
|
A group of words
that does not express a complete thought is not a sentence.
Example - The boy made To be a sentence you would have to tell what the boy made. |
| Directions: Put an S before each group of words that is a sentence. Put an N before each group of words that is not a sentence. The end mark will not be put after the sentences. |
